Summary

A MtG fanmade dating sim where in exchange for Tolaria West's help, MC agrees to become a new professor for a year, but there's a reason the academy is in need of new faculty that will complicate MC's new school year...

The MC, Mio, (name/pronouns changeable) is an alumni to Tolaria West who after graduating set out into Dominaria on their own adventures. However, after an unfortunate encounter in a ruin, they find themselves with a time problem that they can only turn to their Alma Mater for help. The academy welcomes them back with open arms, but the academies aren't known for their charity...

There is a mystery that MC will have to solve on top their own problems.

Created in mind for those with limited or no knowledge of the Dominaria/Magic: The Gathering Universe!

Characters

Jodah, Archmage Eternal

A man with a legendary title attached to him. Students find him an interesting guest speaker when he actually teaches, but ultimately are all very intimidated by his aloofness and clear superior knowledge of everything. Spends most of his free time in the library, researching some project no one knows about.

Rafwyn "Raff" Capashen 

Well-intentioned student in his final semester that likes to show off and tells a lot of innocent white lies, but he’s a good guy with potential to exceed. If he could just focus. He will be MC's teaching assistant for the first half of the year.  (In this story he is the equivalent of a 4th year US college student)

Naban, Dean of Iteration

A serious hard worker that achieved his title through dedication and practice. While hard on the students, he genuinely cares for their well-being and the string of disappearances of faculty and students has him very concerned. His worries increase tenfold when his close friend and former classmate, MC, comes stumbling back into his life with something akin to a curse around their neck.
